Please read these general terms and conditions of services ("Terms of Services") carefully before using this site or any services offered by this site.

By using this Site or purchasing goods and services offered by this Site, or printing, downloading, or otherwise using any service from this Site, or registering or becoming a member of this Site, you signify your assent to and agree with these Terms of Services. If you do not agree to all of these Terms of Services, please do not use or register with this Site.

The following terminology applies to these terms and conditions. “The company”, “We” and “Us” refers to our company. “Party”, “Us” refers to both clients and ourselves.

We constantly review our systems and data to ensure the best possible service to our customers.

Confidentiality:

Client records are regarded as confidential and therefore will not be divulged to any third party (seller in case of refunds / claims) and if legally required to do so to the appropriate authorities, we will not sell, share or rent your personal information.

Order cancellation and Refund policy:

Orders once placed cannot be cancelled. However, you can return an unopened pack within 2 days and apply for a refund. Such requests can be placed by sending a mail to hilsonhealth@gmail.com.

Refund:

We would refund a product if at the time of delivery and/or within one week the product is in a damaged condition and you don’t want a replacement. In such case money would be refunded through NEFT / G-Pay within 7 working days of receiving your request.

Return:

Our products are non-returnable. However, we do consider return of purchased items under the following conditions:

·       Wrong product or products which is not ordered by the customer

·       Expired goods

·       Damaged/ defected products

·       Delayed beyond 15 days of delivery date given

In case of any of the above circumstances, the product purchased can be returned.

In case you feel you want to cancel the order, please return unopened and sealed pack within 24 hours of receiving the same.
